How long can I keep my perfume?

Check your bottle or box for expiry information or guidance on use after opening. If you need a hand finding it, send us your fragrance name and any batch details through our Contact page.

Travel & delivery

Can I take my perfume when I travel?

Our gift sets include handy 20 ml bottles. Before you pack, check the current liquid and baggage rules for your airline, airport and destination using the size shown on your bottle.

My order arrived with a leak. What should I do?

We're sorry your fragrance arrived this way. Please contact us promptly with your order details, and keep the bottle, packaging and any unboxing evidence. Our Return and Exchange Policy explains the request window, evidence needed and available options.
