All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Beyeconic currently ships to all serviceable locations within the country. International shipping availability may vary and is subject to customs regulations of the destination country.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply. Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be refunded after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

Packaging

All Beyeconic products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
