At Beyeconic, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic fragrances. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including seals, boxes, and labels. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: opened or used perfumes, items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events, and gift cards or complimentary items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued instead. Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Beyeconic is not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer support team with your order details, wait for return authorization and instructions, ship the item back as instructed, and once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
