Return and Exchange Policy

At Beyeconic, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic fragrances.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to keep your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Since perfumes are a personal care product, returns are subject to hygiene and safety guidelines. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received (broken bottle/cracked glass)
  • Leakage during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong fragrance/variant)
  • Defective sprayer/nozzle (not working properly)

Request Time Limit
All return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Mandatory Proof
To process your request, please share:

  • Order Number.
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory) for any damage/leak/wrong product claims

(Video must start from the sealed parcel)

Note
Beyeconic reserves the right to approve or reject any request if the proof provided is insufficient or inconsistent.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept return/exchange for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seal / tampered packaging
  • Products without original packaging (box, seal, labels)
  • Returns based on personal preference.

Cosmetic Variations (Not a Damage)
Some minor cosmetic imperfections can happen during packing/handling and do not affect the fragrance quality or performance.

Examples include:

  • Slight fading in logo/printing
  • Minor scratches Small box dents.
  • Slight label alignment variation

These are considered cosmetic variations and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Replacement & Verification
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost in eligible cases. All requests are processed only after verification and (where applicable) return inspection.

Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after approval/inspection (depending on the bank/payment provider).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error.
In most cases, we provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Failed Delivery / Re-shipping

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
